Australia Only

At this stage I am only selling to customers in Australia.
Due to complexities with insurance and import restrictions and prohibitions in different countries, I am unable to offer my products for sale outside of Australia at the moment.

Shipping

I generally ship via regular Australia Post using parcel post satchels or tough bags. Items are generally posted within 3 business days of receiving your payment. I will let you know if there is any delay in posting the item/s. Post can take at least 3 to 7 days to arrive in Australia, depending on the destination.

Standard Postage Costs - Scarves

The purchaser is responsible for shipping / postage costs. These costs are not included in the product price.

Australia - $10.00 for up to 3 scarves. Additional postage may apply for larger orders.

Australia - Express Post: Add $5.00 to standard post rate. (Up to 3 scarves. Additional postage may apply for larger orders.)

Refunds and Exchanges - Products

I really want you to be happy with your purchase so please contact me within 14 days of receiving it if you are not completely satisfied, so we can talk about finding a solution. I will do everything I can to resolve your problem.

To avoid any confusion or disappointment, please ask me about any concerns you may have before making your purchase.

If an item is not what you ordered, is faulty, unsafe or damaged, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, replacement or exchange.

I don't accept cancellations.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Items on sale

 

Conditions of return:

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All goods purchased are protected under Australian Consumer Law. A summary can be found at www.accc.gov.au/publications/refunds-returns.

 

Refunds and Exchanges – Classes and Workshops

Please contact me as soon as possible if, for some reason, you can’t attend a workshop or class on the specified day/s so we can discuss alternatives.

  • I will fully refund all payments made if you are unable to attend workshop or class if there are extenuating circumstances.

  • I will fully refund all payments made if you are unable to attend workshop or class because your circumstances change or you change your mind, providing I am notified at least 10 days prior to the workshop or class AND if we can’t arrange a suitable alternative time for the class or workshop.

  • I will fully refund all payments made if I am unable to deliver a workshop or class on the stated dates and we can’t arrange a suitable alternative time.

 

Not happy with the class or workshop?

Please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss a suitable resolution.

Custom and personalised orders

I am happy to consider custom orders from my designs and patterns. Please contact me with details of what you would like and I will send you a quote, along with the approximate timeline for delivery. I don’t carry a large amount of stock, and digitally printed fabric can take several weeks to arrive after ordering.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If your purchase is a gift, I am happy to gift wrap and post directly to the lucky recipient if they live in Australia. Please provide me with their details when purchasing - full name, postal address and any message you would like included.
NOTE: If sending to someone outside of Australia, please be aware that the recipient may be liable for any taxes, customs fees, tariffs, duties and any other charges or costs that may be imposed. Gifts aren’t automatically excluded from import taxes etc. Please check with your customs authority or postal service to avoid embarrassment.

Colour representation and reproduction

I do my best to represent colours in my products accurately but colours may vary slightly from your monitor and that of the product when you receive it. Please take this into consideration when placing an order. For digitally printed fabrics and paper products, there may be slight variations in colour due to different printing batches.
Watermarks will not appear on your images.
